Return and Refund policy

All items have a 14-day period after date of shipment where they are able to be returned for a refund or exchanged. The customer pays for shipping both ways.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be sent along with the corresponding proof of purchase or receipt. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return your product, mail to

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the instance that a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location, the location and availability of the product, and the manufacturing time.

We are not responsible for products that we do not receive, and can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in situations beyond our control (such as it being lost in the mail). We recommend using a trackable shipment and if the item is of higher monetary value, purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it could take several days for your banking institution to process and to reflect the refund once it is initiated. If your item is not approved, you will be given the option to have the item shipped back to you at your additional expense.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note that it can take some bank accounts and localities up to 7 days or more to process and to reflect the refund once it is initiated. If it has been over a week since your confirmation email stating your item is eligible for refund and that we have processed it, please info@PNWLawn.com.
